This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit Legal Animation Consulting (the “Site”).

Automatically Collected (Google Analytics and HubSpot):
When you visit the Site, we automatically receive information about your device from your browser, such as your IP address. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We do this using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE (Excerpt from Statement of Work Agreement)
Both Legal Animation Consulting and the Law Firm agree to keep all information exchanged between the parties confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent. This includes all information related to the engagement, such as the final animation, any supporting documentation, and any information about the client or the legal case.
Legal Animation Consulting shall not use or disclose any confidential information except as required to perform its obligations under [the] Statement of Work, unless authorized in writing by the Law Firm.
Legal Animation Consulting will take all necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Law Firm’s confidential information, including but not limited to, limiting access to such information, ensuring that all employees, contractors, and agents who have access to such information are bound by confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those contained herein.
The obligation of confidentiality under this section shall survive the termination or expiration of [the] Statement of Work.
In the event that Legal Animation Consulting is required by law to disclose any confidential information, Legal Animation Consulting shall give the Law Firm prompt notice of such requirement to allow the Law Firm to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy. If Legal Animation Consulting is not successful in obtaining a protective order or other appropriate remedy, Legal Animation Consulting may disclose only that portion of the confidential information that is legally required to be disclosed.
Both parties agree to take all necessary precautions to prevent any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of confidential information.
Both parties acknowledge that no system can be completely secure, and that despite best efforts, unauthorized access, theft, or other security incidents may occur. In the event of a security incident, the party affected shall immediately notify the other party in writing.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time for personal, operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
